The farmhouse has spacious living areas with open beamed ceilings and 4 bedrooms to sleep up to 8 people. The accommodation comprises: Large country style kitchen and dining room, with fridge freezer, professional oven, microwave and coffee machine. A beautiful hand made table can accommodate up to 12 guests. The living room features open beamed ceilings, comfortable furnishings and is equipped with LCD TV and DVD surround system with USB port for iPod and MP3 players.

Doors lead from the living room onto a roof terrace offering panoramic views of the hills. The master bedroom and twin room have their own en suite services while the additional 2 bedrooms share a spacious family bathroom. If required 1 double room can be made as a twin room to allow for flexibility. The annex is located across the courtyard and comprises 1 double room and twin room both with en suites. There is also a small living room and kitchen combined that provides additional space and freedom for larger groups.

Steps lead from the courtyard down to the dining terrace, pool and garden. The ancient vaulted arches provide a shaded place to escape the mid day sun and a beautiful setting for an evening aperitif when the sun goes down.

Private parking is provided at the front of the property for 2 cars. Additional parking is available if required.

The property can also be combined with another property on the estate Casa del Torrentello for larger groups and is an ideal venue for special events and weddings.

Changeover days are Saturday during high and mid seasons. Flexible arrival dates may be available during all other times. Please note that a pool surcharge may apply for early pool opening for May bookings. Swimming pools opened from the start or mid season (June) until the end of September.

We require 25% deposit to confirm a reservation with the remainder payable 6 weeks prior to arrival. From the time we confirm your booking request the property will be held for 5 days until we receive payment. Payment should be made immediately for any bookings taken 8 weeks before the start of the booking period.

Damage deposit:
Option 1. Payable with the final payment and returned less any damages - £350
Option 2. In some cases you can choose to pay a non-refundable damage waiver of £19 to cover any damages.

Prices include cleaning prior to arrival, bed linens and towels. Pricing excludes central heating payable locally if required.
