From the parking at the rear of the property, steps lead down to the entrance into the living area. A bright open plan space combining the living and kitchen area. Windows overlook the sea.

The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, toaster, kettle, fridge freezer and cappuccino machine. Double doors lead onto the top dining terrace. From the living room stairs lead down to the master bedroom with dressing room and en suite, a single bedroom with adjacent shower room. An additional double bedroom is also on this level accessed independently by steps from the terrace.

All the bedrooms have doors leading to a lower terrace ideal for reading, relaxing or simply escaping the heat of the mid day sun. From the dining terrace steps lead down to the pool area and terrace with unobstructed views of the sea.

A small laundry room is equipped with a washing machine.

Mykonos town is located a 10 minute drive from the villa with its many bars, restaurants and shops. Whether it be a daytime stroll around the white washed lanes of Little Venice and up to the famous windmills or a trip to experience the varied nightlife the town has to offer. The sandy beach of Aghios Stephanos is located only 5 minutes drive away with a selection of traditional and more contemporary tavernas and a small mini market.

Changeover days are generally Thursday, Friday or Saturday however in some cases we may be able to offer some flexibility. Please note that a pool surcharge may apply for early pool opening for May bookings. Swimming pools opened from the start or Mid season (June) until the end of September.

30% deposit is required to confirm a reservation with the remainder payable 8 weeks prior to arrival. From the time the booking request is confirmed the property will be held for 7 days until payment has been received. Payment should be made immediately for any bookings taken 8 weeks before the start of the booking period.

Damage deposit:
€500 euro payable with the final payment or on arrival.
