Villa Orpheus is an Elle Decoration Magazine featured five-star private villa with views of the magical island of Delos and is of an usual standard in Greece, specifically catering for the discerning traveller, the contemporary, interior designed villa is finished to the highest standard to ensure a luxurious experience.

Intimate enough to be an alfresco family home, it is also large enough to cater for parties and weddings.

Unusually for villa owners we LOVE IT when our guests have a good party! Both Villas are available for guest events, launches, weddings, private parties, exclusive dinners, receptions and photographic and film shoots by pre-arrangement.

Once a booking is made, our Crew can put you in touch directly with specialists on the island and can assist in assembling a local production crew which can be tailored to individual bookings and requirements - from caterers, sound technicians, runners, carpenters, photographers, prop-hire and wedding planners. Our Crew have the local contacts and experience to ensure you maximise your time on site.

For discerning travellers who enjoy the intimacy of staying in private homes rather than hotels. The villas are privately owned and maintained to a five-star standard.

Full-time housekeeping service
8 hours per day, extra housekeeping service available at additional costs as required

Complementary chef service for 2 meals if booked for 1 week+
(for lunch or supper, guest also pay for food & beverage ingredients @ cost)

Additional chef breakfast service on request
Breakfast service @ €250per week (6 days, guest pay for food & beverage ingredients @ cost)

Additional chef / barman service for special events on request
Cocktail receptions, parties, weddings, christenings

To secure the booking, a non-refundable 30% of the requested dates is payable. The full balance is required 8-weeks prior to stay, for bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival the full balance is payable immediately. If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior, we have the right to cancel the booking.

Fully refundable security deposits are required of Euro 1,500. This can be paid at the time of booking or preferably paid in cash on arrival which is returned upon check-out.

Cancellation terms: 4 weeks or more prior to start date 30%. Within 4 weeks prior to stay 100% of fees.

Payment Methods: by credit card (Moneybookers.com), cash, cheque or bank transfer in Euro.
